a)(DB & TG) Consider and agree response to planning application 240877, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, 32 Hospital Houses, Burghill, HR4 7RE. Proposed two storey side extension and single storey rear and side extension.
b)(SH & SJ) Consider and agree response to planning application 240791, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, Land adjacent Japonica Bell, Tillington, HR4 8LH. Outline application with all matters reserved, save access, for the demolition of an existing building and erection of fully wheelchair accessible self-build dwelling.
c)(ME & IW & NM) Consider and agree response to planning application 240963, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, 2 The Steppes, Burghill, Hereford, HR4 7RJ. Proposed two storey extension. Demolition of existing single storey lean-to.
d)(JP & SB) Consider and agree response to planning application 240978, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, Rose Cottage, Tillington, Hereford, HR4 8LW. Proposed timber-framed replacement garden shed with additional storage.
e)(PE & SD) Consider and agree response to planning application 240662, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, Land at Tillington Road – West of Three Elms Pubic House, Hereford, HR4 9QQ. Outline planning application for the development of a care home (Use Class C2), including detail of appearance, access, layout and scale with landscaping reserved for future consideration
f)(SH & SJ) Consider and agree response to planning application 240825, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, Parks Farm, Canon Pyon, HR4 8NP. Proposed addition of 2 shed buildings to provide outdoor storage with solar panels. New hedges are proposed along the boundaries of the sheds.
