6. Planning
a) (ME&NM) Consider and agree response to planning application 252193, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, Woodside, Burghill, Hereford, Herefordshire HR4 8NQ. Proposed two-storey extension, new porch and dormer with internal and external alterations
b) (BG) Consider and agree response to planning application 252424, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, The Acorns, St Marys Lane, Burghill, HR4 7QL. T1: Corsican Pine – prune out the dead branch approx halfway up the tree. T2: English Oak – Crown raise to leave at approx 4.5m from ground level prune back branches overhanging highway. Cut back to main stem the lower dead branches back and reduce branches that are interfering with the streetlight to give approx 2m clearance. T3: Cedar – crown raise the outer hanging branches that are over road up to approx 4.5m, remove the deadwood and reduce the branches that are interfering with the streetlight to give approx 2m clearance. T4: Cedar – crown raise the drip line by approx 1m to give clearance of the hedges, removing any deadwood from these areas.
c) (DB&TG) Consider and agree response to planning application 252282, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, Wellington Lane Cottage, Canon Pyon, Hereford, Herefordshire HR4 8NL. Proposed variation of condition 2 of planning permission 202881 (Proposed first floor extension to the rear. Conversion of existing garage to family room. New front porch and dormers to the front of the property as well as new access, driveway and new garage) – revisions to the proposed roof of the main dwelling/extension and the garage conversion resulting in higher eaves and ridge line.
d) (JP & SB) Consider and agree response to planning application 252415, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, Whitmore Cottage, Tillington, Hereford, Herefordshire HR4 8LE. Proposed erection of a replacement outbuilding comprising garaging, storage and ancillary accommodation
