6. Planning
a) (PE&SD&IW) Consider and agree response to planning application 242818, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, Woodside, Burghill, Hereford, HR4 8NQ. Proposed side extension with loft conversion and internal and external alterations.
b) (ME&NM) Consider and agree response to planning application 242826, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, Upper House, Tillington, Hereford, HR4 8LQ. Proposed change of use and conversion of agricultural buildings to residential use to create 2 no. dwellings and alterations to existing agricultural storage barn.
c) (SH&SJ) Consider and agree response to planning application 243211, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, Field Barn located in parcel to west of A4110, Canon Pyon, HR4 8NN. Prior approval for the proposed change of use of a part of an agricultural building and its respective curtilage to a single, larger dwelling and the building operations reasonably necessary to facilitate the change of use.
