4. Planning: to consider the following application:
a) (SH & SJ) Consider and agree response to planning application 240145, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, Land adjacent Whitmoor Pool Cottage, Tillington, Herefordshire, HR4 8LE. Proposed erection of 1 no. self-build dwelling and outbuildings with associated works including access, landscaping and drainage.
b) (JP & SB) Consider and agree response to planning application 241099, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, Land at Burlton Wood Farm – Opposite Burlton Court, Bugrhill, Hereford, Herefordshire HR4 7RQ. Proposed self-build dwelling and detached double garage to form farmhouse for applicant to include PV solar panels, air source heat pump and private waste drainage package treatment plant.
c) (DB & TG) Consider and agree response to planning application 242274, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, Cyrene, Tillington, Hereford, Herefordshire HR4 8LL. Proposed single storey side extension to form annexe & detached garage.
