AGENDA

4. Planning: to consider the following application:
a) (SH) Consider and agree response to planning application 232597, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, Whitmore House, Burghill, Hereford, HR4 7RP. Proposed erection of domestic outbuilding within the residential planning unit at Whitmore House (part retrospective).
b) (SH&SJ) Consider and agree response to planning application 232642, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, Land at 1 and 2 Lower Portway Cottages, Portway, Burghill, Planning application for the replacement of 1 & 2 Lower Portway Cottages with two replacement dwellings and garaging.
c) (ME&IW) Consider and agree response to planning application 232790, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, Land at Beech Business Park, Tillington Road, Hereford, HR4 9QJ. Construction of 2 nos. light industrial units.
d) (BG) Consider and agree response to planning application 232797, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, Lane Cottage, Burghill, Hereford, HR4 7RL. T1 and T2 – coppice hazel stands. T3 reduction of Irish yew 50% to safe points.
e) (DB&JC) Consider and agree response to planning application 232897, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, Rookwood, Burghill, Hereford, HR4 7RL. Proposed repairs to roof purlin, upper flat roof and chimney.
5. Footpaths Officer – assistance to be agreed
6. Whitmoor Pool Common – Solicitor to be agreed
