Councillors are summoned to an Extraordinary Meeting of Burghill Parish Council to be held Tuesday 2nd December 2025 at 6.00pm at Simpson Hall
AGENDA
1. To accept apologies for absence
2. Apologies not received for absence
3. To receive declarations of interest and written requests for dispensation
4. Planning: to consider the following application:
a) (SH) Consider and agree response to planning application 232027, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, Land at the Bell Inn, C1095 From Brinsop Court, Tillington. Proposed residential development of 4 detached houses.
b) (BG) Consider and agree response to planning application 253310, to be determined by Herefordshire Council, The Acorns, St Marys Lane, Burghill, Herefordshire, HR4 7QL. T1: Cedar – reduce the lower branch by approx 6-7m, reduce the branch above by 4-6m, the next branch reduce by 2-4m and so on, keeping the lower crown balanced and shaped. Finishing cuts shall be left at good growth points. Removing all deadwood over and including 40mm. Tree is leaning towards house, reduce risk of branch failure.
