or raise a matter for consideration at a future meeting)
6. Planning: to consider the following applications
a) (AW) Consider and agree response to planning application 220582, to be determined by Herefordshire
Council, The Hermitage, Canon Pyon, Hereford, HR4 8NR. Refurbishment of and extension to existing
barn/stable and machinery store
b) (JP&TF) Consider and agree response to planning application 220731, to be determined by Herefordshire
Council, – Land at Green Lane Farm, Tillington, Herefordshire, HR4 8LL. Proposed removal of condition 9 of
planning permission 201374 (Change of use to gypsy site for 1 pitch, with 1 no. mobile home, 1 no. touring
caravan, to include partial conversion of an existing stable block to a dayroom and associated drainage).
Drainage mound can comply with general binding rules so no permit is required.
c) (LC&PE) Consider and agree response to planning application 220998, to be determined by Herefordshire
Council, Agricultural building at Highcroft, Bewdley Bank, Herefordshire, HR4 7SQ. Application to determine
if prior approval is required for a proposed change of use of agricultural building to 1 smaller dwellinghouse
and for building operations reasonably necessary for the conversion
