Notice of Annual Parish Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Parish Meeting will be held on Tuesday 24th May 2022 at 7.00pm in the Simpson Hall, all are welcome to attend this public meeting.
Light refreshments are available from 6.45pm
Business to be transacted:
1. Introduction and welcome
2. To approve the minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting on 4th May 2021
3. To receive an annual report from the Parish Council – Simon Hairsnape (Chairman)
4. Reports from Community Groups (maximum 5 minutes each):
• To receive an update from the church – David Lunn
• To receive an update on the Simpson Hall – Cyrus Amini
• To receive an update on the Good Neighbour – Joe Helme
• To receive an update on Burghill in Bloom – Sally Robertson
• To receive an update of The Copse – Sally Robertson
5. Discussion about road safety and traffic management
6. To invite the public to raise any matters of interest
